Privacy policy
This policy explains what casinycasinonewzealand.com collects when you visit, why it collects it, and what control you have. It is written to sit within the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its information privacy principles.
Who this policy covers
It applies to this website only. When you click through to Casiny, you leave this site and the operator's own privacy policy takes over — a separate document, run by Neptune Projects SRL, covering the account details, identity documents and payment information you give the casino directly. We never see any of that.
What is collected here
- Technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, device type, operating system, browser version, screen size and the page you arrived from.
- Usage data about how pages perform: which pages were opened, how long a visit lasted, which links were followed, whether the site was reached from search or a direct visit.
- Voluntary data you choose to send — an email you write to us reporting an error, and whatever you include in it.
- Affiliate click data recording that an outbound link was used, so commission can be attributed. This does not identify you personally.
There is no registration on this site, no newsletter sign-up form, no comment section and no payment processing. We do not collect names, dates of birth, addresses, identity documents or financial details, because there is no page here that asks for them.
Cookies and similar technology
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site uses a small number of them, and none carry a personal identifier of the sort a logged-in service would use.
| Type | Purpose | Typical lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Keep the page working — layout preferences, the mobile menu state, security basics. | Session |
| Analytics | Aggregate visitor counts and page performance, so we can tell which pages are useful. | Up to 24 months |
| Affiliate tracking | Attribute a sign-up at Casiny to a click that started here, so commission is credited. | Up to 30 days |
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. In Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge it sits under privacy settings; blocking analytics and affiliate cookies will not stop any page here from working. Browser-level "do not track" signals and private browsing windows are respected in the sense that we do nothing to work around them.
Analytics
Aggregate analytics tell us that, say, the bonus page was read four thousand times last month and that most readers arrived on a phone. That level of detail shapes what gets rewritten. It does not tell us who you are, and we make no attempt to combine it with anything that would.
Affiliate links and how they behave
Outbound links to Casiny carry a tracking parameter identifying this site as the referrer. If you then open an account, the operator may pay a commission. The link does not change your bonus, your terms or anything about the account you open, and it does not hand the casino any information about you that your own visit wouldn't have. Every affiliate link on this site is marked nofollow and opens in a new tab.
Sharing and storage
Information is not sold, rented or traded. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run a website — hosting, content delivery, analytics — and only to the extent those services require. Data may be processed on servers outside New Zealand, which is unavoidable for a site using standard global hosting, and providers are chosen for their compliance track record.
Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for up to two years. Emails you send are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights under the Privacy Act 2020
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion. Given how little is collected, the honest answer to most access requests is that we hold nothing tied to you as an individual beyond an email you sent us. Requests go to [email protected] and are answered within 20 working days. If you are unhappy with the response, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz handles complaints.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, tell us and it will be deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, runs no user accounts and stores no payment data, which removes most of the risk surface that makes websites worth attacking. No system is perfectly secure, and we don't pretend otherwise — but there is no database of player details here to lose.
Changes to this policy
Any material change will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy. Questions about any of it: [email protected].
